If you are immune compromised, do not pass the Covid-19 screen or have been exposed to Covid-19 (+) individuals in an uncontrolled environment, we will have to postpone treatment.
You will be asked to bring your own mask (or use a provided single use one ($1)). Patients are required to wear a mask for the intake process and any time spent face-up or side-lying. Your Therapist will be wearing a mask for all instances where social distancing cannot be maintained.
I will not be taking payments in person. Your credit card information will be securely stored on your file and all receipts will be emailed or stored electronically for you. Etransfer & Direct Billing are also options
