  2. A Mandatory Covid Screen will be sent our 2 hours prior to your appointment. This MUST be filled out prior to your arrival.

  4. Handwashing and/or sanitizing is required upon entering the treatment space by both client and RMT.

  5. Masks must be worn for all interactions within 6 feet. Should you find it difficult and/or uncomfortable to breathe during prone treatment, your RMT may allow you to remove your mask for this portion of treatment only.

  8. Appointments will have designated time between to limit patient interaction and allow time for thorough disinfecting. Strict Treatment times will be followed - keep in mind treatment time includes all time with your Practitioner - while on & off of the table.

  9. Home-Care will not be delivered in the treatment room - Chantel will email video tutorials upon request, rather than demonstrate to limit further face to face and surface contact.

  10. Both you and your RMT have the right to refuse treatment at any point, if it feels either party's safety may be at risk due to a lack of care around covid protocols.
